Status Levels

Green Status (On Track)

Project is progressing according to plan

Characteristics:

  • No blockers
  • No delivery risks
  • No client concerns
  • Milestones on schedule

No escalation required

Yellow Status (At Risk)

Potential issue that may affect delivery if not addressed

Characteristics:

  • Client delays
  • Dependency delays
  • Resource constraints
  • Minor technical challenges

Escalation required for visibility

Red Status (Critical)

Immediate intervention required

Characteristics:

  • Delivery blocked
  • Major technical failure
  • Resource shortage affecting delivery
  • Significant client escalation
  • Missed milestone

Immediate reporting is mandatory
